It is really important that you arrive on time when picking up/dropping off your dog. This is to prevent a cross over between customers and to allow me time to disinfect everything effectively.
Arrivals
I will not be able to stay and chat or discuss their style as usual. Instead I will do this when making the appointment.
Any matts will be shaved out as this is the only humane way to remove them. Even if not matted, I recommend going shorter than normal to make sure it lasts. These are very unpredictable times and we don't know if the restrictions will be tightened again at some point.
I will ring you with a time to collect your dog, I will make sure to give you plenty of notice so you can be on time.

This will need to be done via bank transfer. I will send you my bank details. Please make payment within 24 hours. If you can't do a transfer, you can bring cash in an envelope with your name on the front and post it into the black box by the front door. Please bring the exact amount as no change will be given.
To help revent the possible spread of the virus, the gate/handle, the doorbell and salon will be disinfected before and after every customer. I will be wearing a mask and a PVC apron over my uniform, and will of course be following the government hygiene guidlines.
All dogs will go straight in the bath on arrival, my apron will then be removed for the rest of the groom and disinfected before the arrival of the next dog.
I will use 2 slip leads, one for collecting and one for returning the dog, both of which will be disinfected as a precaution.
